I strongly recommend Homes.com... Last year at this time, I did not know who I was going to talk to about real estate... this year I still have that problem... except it is a little different... Last year I DIDN'T have prospects to talk to... this year I HAVE TOO MANY!!... And I don't know which ones to talk to FIRST! My business has exploded... Sales and listings are awesome.... If sales of $1,000,000 in one month excite you.. (I am not talking a sale of one or two homes... but 6-8 closings in one month... which I have done from internet sales)...
